Holy screwed up mental breakdown Batman!

Have you ever read a book that put you into the eyes of a serial killer? Ever wondered what it would be like to be in their head as they do some of the things you hear about on the news? Look no further. It’s here. All of it. From the beginning to end this book has an insight you couldn’t begin to imagine. Nor in most cases would you want to.

Rhys…. Oh God, Rhys…. starting in the mind of this serial murder and rapist will make you want to cry, and puke all at the same time. The man lives off the grid but is ready to find the step-sister he left behind. His need for redemption so much that he goes back to the start.

I kept thinking…. Why don’t I stop reading? Why can’t I put this down? The only thing I can think is that it’s absolutely captivating. It pulls at something in you. Something it’s best to never name.

I don’t think I’d put this into a romance genre by any means, but it does show a love like none you could wish for in a million lifetimes.

Love is a strange thing. This love is very very dark. Supremely twisted. And I do not think I will ever forget the quote of “Play dead Sally!” for a long as I live
